Job description
The main responsibilities for this position will be:
• Maintain active communication with customers to notify them the status of their cargo
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
• Maintain active communication with suppliers to ensure all operational activities (air/ocean/ road) are completed on a timely basis
• Proactively monitor the operation to avoid unexpected delays
• Ensure all KPI´s of the operation are accomplished

Requirements:
• Bachelor´s Degree
• Languages: English (fluent) / Spanish (Fluent)
• At least 3 years of experience working with similar responsibilities
• Experience coordinating air/ocean/road operations for import/export in a Freight Forwarder
• Candidate must be able to work in Mexico
