Job description

The logistics engineer is responsible for the engineering activities of business development and for supporting implementation and re-engineering projects.

Applicant's profile

Cost calculations: Deliver complete and correct cost models and P & L analyzes.
- Performs cost, rate and P & L calculations, both for tenders and for existing operations.

Support and implement projects:
- delivering agreed sub-project objectives within the budget and the planning;
- delivering tender responses under the supervision of the business development manager;
- provides support for implementation and (re) engineering projects under the supervision of a project manager:
- Leads sub-project teams, provides project and (detailed) design documentation including procedures and work instructions, checks (IT) test plans.
- Initiates and provides training.
- Participates in team meetings of the engineering team.

Analyze operational processes:
- Delivery of detailed (improvement) proposals with regard to optimal operational processes.
- Delivery of (detailed) optimal operational processes (flow charts);
- Analyzes operational processes and data and proposes improvements.
