The FIT IT Project Management Officer will intervene in following areas:

- Governance &amp; Committees: Program meetings preparation, FIT IT meeting leading on behalf of the IT Project Director and IT interdependencies management
- Roadmap &amp; Planning: Materialize Milestones, Identify critical path, Define action &amp; track activities
- Interdependencies &amp; Risk Management – Dependency mapping, dependency tracking incorporated in risk management, Identify, Qualify &amp; Mitigate risks Project progress monitoring by tracking updates and deliveries on IT tasks
- Documentation &amp; Quality assurance: Quality Assurance, Quality Planning, Stage Gate 
- Team administration – Project Events, Onboarding, Offboarding, Desk management, Logistics + Expenses review 
- Budget &amp; Resource management: Contribution to FIT IT Budget monitoring &amp; Contractual follow-up (including Milestone and gate preparation)

Main responsibilities for the position
- Help FIT IT Program Director in transversal program activities 
- Ensure a formalized and strong monitoring of project progress and reporting
- Take in charge both transversal communication and transversal mindset within FIT IT teams and Program
- Anticipate next program steps while ensuring the best quality in current&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Master's Degree (BAC+5) in technology or engineering with minimum 3 years' experience in Project management tools and techniques.

- Several experiences in IT project management involving many stakeholders
- Certifications in Project management methodology(ies) – such as Prince, PMP, Agile/Scrum and SAFe would be highly appreciated. 
- Proficient in the Office Pack (mainly Excel, PPT and Word) + Project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Big Picture, … 
- Fluent in at least both French and English &lt;br /&gt;

Mission 
As a key member of the Business Development Team dedicated to the Industrial &amp; FMCG vertical market, your role is to strategically manage and grow assigned Global Accounts across all Geodis lines of business. You will be responsible for delivering profitable growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving end-to-end supply chain solutions with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric strategies. 

Responsibilities 
1. Strategic Account Management 
 - Build and maintain strong relationship with the customer and create full understanding of their supply chain to drive growth of the book of business. 
 - Act as the primary point of contact for Global Accounts, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs. 
 - Develop, implement, and continuously update Strategic Account Plans tailored to customer goals and Geodis' capabilities. 

2. Business Development 
 - Driving growth and secure new business opportunities by leveraging Geodis' comprehensive service portfolio. 
 - Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize Geodis' share of the customer supply chain. 

3. Collaboration and Leadership 
 - Lead and coordinate a virtual team comprising stakeholders across Geodis' business units and geographies. 
 - Foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring smooth handovers to operational teams (OGAMs). 

4. Tender Management 
 - Manage responses to RFQs/RFPs/RFIs for complex, multi-service solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 

5. Performance and Improvement 
 - Monitor financial performance, including accounts receivable, ensuring profitability and timely resolution of payment issues. 
 - Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence for Global Accounts. 

6. Reporting and CRM Management 
 - Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring transparency and alignment with internal stakeholders. 
 - Provide regular activity reports and insights to leadership. 

7. CSR and Innovation 
 - Integrate Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives into account strategies, promoting sustainability and value-driven logistics solutions. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1.	Required Expertise 
- Industry and Market Knowledge 
- Deep understanding of Automotive customer landscape. 
- Strong knowledge of Geodis' offerings, including Contract Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and supply chain solutions. 

2.	Technical Skills 
- Expertise in crafting end-to-end supply chain solutions tailored to customer requirements. 
- Proven ability to overcome complex obstacles and implement strategic logistics solutions effectively. 

3.	Sales and Business Acumen 
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through sales and cross-selling initiatives. 
- Experience handling RFQs for complex and large-scale international logistics operations. 

4.	Leadership and Management 
- Proven experience in leading multicultural, cross-functional project teams. 
- Skilled at managing customer relationships at senior levels, with a focus on strategic alignment and long-term partnership. 

5.	Personal Attributes 
- Strong leadership and strong and professional communication skills.

6.	Languages 
- Fluent in English and another language is a plus. 

7.	Educational Background 
- University degree in International Business, Logistics, or related fields. 
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 

Experience 
- At least 5 years in a similar role (e.g., National/Regional Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Director). 
- Demonstrated success in managing global or large-scale accounts within the logistics or automotive industry. &lt;br /&gt;
