KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work with account management team to support day-to-day operations and correspondence between internal and external customer. • Prepare regular KPIs to support management review. • Collect necessary documents according to defined process, responsible for record retention. • Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to conduct operational execution in accordance of business controls and support compliance testing based on criteria set with customers. The scope of tests covers operations managed by customer's service providers (LLPs. LSPs etc.), provide supporting documentation and evidence to support testing process. • Support periodic customer and government audits and reviews relating to activities performed for OMS trade compliance support. • Prepare commercial and shipping documents on behalf of customers. • Maintain systems access controls as stipulated by customer. • Other assignments from Management as required. • Analytical Expertise to analyse areas of improvement and provide corrective/preventive actions

DESIRED MINIMUM PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Education: • University Degree • Logistics/Supply Chain/International Trade background preferred Language: • Fluent English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Essential Skills and abilities: • Familiar of end-end domestic / international operations • Expertise in Trade Compliance requirements of international flows • Good sense of risk management from operation process perspective • Experience in coordination across countries and cultures • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written • Good analytical skills, detailed and understands data collection and statistics • Strong numerical and computer literacy (advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting preparation) • Experience in operational execution in WMS/TMS or other logistics system • Well organized and able to work independently. • Results-driven and self-motivated under pressure • Timely/Quality execution of tasks assigned • Ability to work as part of a team and customer-oriented • Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve work outside normal business hours and at weekends Experience (specify minimum periods): • At least 4 to 5 years experience in logistics and supply chain industry. • At least 4 to 5 years experience in operation (prefer in Hi Tech industry related warehousing and transportation activities). • At least 4 to 5 years experience in a multicultural environment. • Experience of business controls/risk management/compliance testing and audits will be an advantage. • At least years experience in a multicultural environment within global organization. Objective / Purpose of the Department (describe the goals clearly) •Lead and manage Device as a Service(DaaS) Workstation as a service(WaaS) & Any think as Service (XaaS)requirement to support customer •Update the MPO and Service now orders •Interact with client and 3PL to manage the services level requirement (SLA). Objective / Purpose of the Job (describe clearly the level of responsibility and expected result) •Managing the DaaS and WaaS service requirements. •Managing the MPO and service now order creation and Business Event update •Working with contracted 3PL for service requirement ( Warehousing , Repair management and Deliveries) and ticket management •Support Multiple APAC country services to support customer Key Activities / Accountabilities Device delivery, management & RMA services (ComputaCenter) – Forward & Reverse •Ticket management on ServiceNow for device delivery, management and RMA services. • Review & managing the repository of Inbound, Outbound shipping documents including the PODs. • Coordination with supplier for vehicle placement, pickup, delivery, device repairs and TAT management. • Coordination with customer for the services rendered, repair quotation approvals, • Preparing and publishing MIS to customers. • MPO order creation and preparing the report of the same. • Billing report preparation, validation and submission • Act as a single point of contact for country team, customers and suppliers for end-to-end Daas , WaaS and XaaS service requirements. MPO Update. •Order creation - Manual data entry, Data entry via mass upload and order Verification •Order creation - EDI update management from client & supplier •Modifications for inputs received manually/EDI •Monitor unallocated orders and allocation (through system or manually) •Adhoc order management and allocation •Input business event manually/mass upload/EDI and monitor the data. •Monitor, update and validate operational data for billing •Manage exception process • Review control reports and seek IT support for issue resolution and correction • Customer View – Web portal to help customer in case track and trace access is required. • Maintain master report of all geoflow orders status /pending /current details of validation etc. • Establish and monitor supplier performance for all inputs/EDI accurately for timely, accurate billing • Ability to run business analytical tools ( BI, Cognos, Tableau etc Supplier Relationship Management: Maintaining good relationship with supplier to gain support and support growth of the supplier's partnership with us. Including bringing innovation from-outside-in to support GSCO's vision of value creation to customers. Expanding supplier base to ensure most competitive rates achieved from the market. Supplier selection and evaluation for existing and new customer requirements and ensuring that suppliers are appropriately inducted into the GSCO Vendor List.

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates •Bachelor's/ University degree in Supply Chain Management •At Least three to five years work experience in supplier management or sourcing. •Able to speak, read and write English fluently is required. •Good understanding of Supply Chain, Warehouse & Transportation with respect to operations, supplier management and billing. •Should have thorough knowledge of understanding supplier contracts/customer contract rate card including accessorial, terms and conditions, service requirements, penalties, discounts etc. as applicable to 4PL and 3PL. •Should be well versed in Freight bill verification tools and supply chain operations. •Good knowledge & experience using reporting / analytical tools (Excel, Bi, Cognos, Tableau etc.) •Understanding of all the Operations processes and capable of mapping to customer requirements. •Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and provide insights using reports and data. •Proficient in using MS office and ability to learn new IT tools as applicable for business. •Good team player and ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders. •CI 2 and out of box thinking Preferred Experience and Knowledge (number of years, type of experience) •Good communication and presentation skill. •Good team spirit and direct the team to achieve the committed results. •Ability to work in Multicultural environment and different time zones Necessary Technical / Functional Skills •Good Analytical skills. •Good working knowledge of MS Office and one Analytical tool / Procurement Tool, knowledge of use of BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc. would be advantages. • Supplier relationship management or contract management related job experience in 3PL / 4PL industry. • Good communication and presentation skill.
