- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

- Able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
- Detailed and careful with paperwork
- Result oriented and able to meet deadlines
- An experience in a multinational company would be an advantage

•	Process the screenings of shipment records based upon comprehensive assessment of all relevant parties and commodities based on GEODIS Export Control Policies in timely and structured manner.
•	The Senior Associate will assist the Lead/Assistant Lead and Manager with comprehensive assessment and investigation of Denied Parties /Embargoes /Commodities shipments records to determine validity of the match.
•	Review Denied Parties/Embargoes and export control shipments records against the Denied Parties List (UN, EU, US OFAC, or relevant lists of restrictions and various country lists).
•	Stakeholder management - Coordinate, response and follow up with country's operations, Corporate Export Control Department to resolve outstanding issues.
•	Monitor and Checking data entry correctness with supporting documents information in operating system. Get through documents provided in the network as part of the reviewing process and notify country if any crucial documents are missing and escalate any valid or ambiguous matches to the next level for further review. 
•	Restrict Trade, denied persons need to review, and provide the necessary information until the final approval. Update the respective systems with the results and actions taken.
•	Prepare summary and assessment reports related to daily/ weekly/ monthly operations or ad hoc reporting.
•	Ensure compliance and regulatory expectations are met within the service delivery scope.
•	Other duties / projects as assigned by immediate superior.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Bachelor's Degree from Recognized University.
•	Minimum 2 years of working experiences.
•	Basic understanding and able to review shipping documents not limited to bill of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists etc.
•	Basic understanding of export controls laws and regulations is required including knowledge of the OFAC, UN and EU.
•	Basic understanding of import and in-bond transfer processes and regulations.
•	Developed oral and written communication skills.
•	Knowledge of and proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.

1.	Responsible for creating jobs in the control system, arranging all documents, and managing daily handling tasks. This includes creating and printing House Bills of Lading (HBL), scanning, and filing documents in both physical and digital records. Proper documentation filing is ensured when each shipment is completed.
2.	Ensure that all jobs are continuously monitored, with costs and selling figures accurately and timely updated in the system. All event data must be updated correctly in the CW1 system.
3.	Responsible for completing all documentation tasks for export shipments in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This ensures operational excellence through high-quality shipment management and export services.
4.	Maintain SOPs and customer profiles, including key contacts, special requirements, contract rates, and preferred routings/services/carriers.
5.	Collaborate with operators by proactively providing information, knowledge, solutions, and alternatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Resolve billing discrepancies and discrepancies against client SOPs.
6.	Work with sales on account implementation to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations. Ensure accurate and timely billing for clients and vendors. Meet KPI standards in accordance with the company's procedures.
7.	Support and resolve claims and disputes, communicating discrepancies or issues to the team manager when necessary.
8.	Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc work instructions or administrative duties from the manager.

Special Activities:

- Consult with GAU licensed customs broker to provide relevant tariffs codes to support customs clearance process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS: 

- At least 5 years relevant working experience on customs brokerage field. 
Knowledge of Thailand customs procedures and processes 
- Sound knowledge on customs tariff codes i.e., 
- Experience and knowledge working on local customs systems.
- Have eligible for Customs Broker License.
- Good command in English
- Have experiences with CW1 system is an advantage though not mandatory.
- Strong time management, problem solving and communication skills.&lt;br /&gt;
