The Head of Customs Switzerland is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, compliance, and development of all customs-related activities within Switzerland. The Head of Customs Switzerland acts as the primary representative towards customs authorities, regulatory bodies, customers, and internal stakeholders. The role leads all customs operational and compliance functions through direct and indirect reporting lines, ensuring a unified customs strategy and consistent execution across the country.
