Work closely with sales teams and network agents to prepare accurate and competitive quotations promptly.
Reach out to shipping lines, inland haulage companies, network agents, or any necessary service provider partners to gather freight offers based on the destination and transit time requirements provided in requests.
Keep the pricing database up-to-date and submit related monthly reports accurately and on time.
Actively address and solve issues related to the pricing process, including freight, location, and equipment problems.
Develop and continuously expand a local network of carriers and a global network of agents to ensure optimal routes, pricing, and other freight options for customers.
Establish and maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers and conduct visits when necessary.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	At least 2 years of ocean freight pricing experience.
•	Effective communication in English
•	Responsible, attentive, solution-focused and team-oriented
•	Good time management skills to stay on top of multiple deadlines for multiple bids in parallel.
•	Good communication and interpersonal skills to properly engage with regional and country stakeholders and pricing teams of different cultural backgrounds.
•	Strong analytical mind ideally paired with operational experience to analyze customer requirements and be able to quickly understand the requests.
•	Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
•	Microsoft Office proficient.

Within the Global Accounts Department of the GEODIS Group, we are recruiting a Global Account Manager (Industry Market) on a permanent contract.
Your mission:
You will develop the commercial relationship and the revenue generated by the GEODIS Group with its portfolio clients (the Group's strategic customers).
You are the main point of contact for the client and ensure smooth commercial cooperation between the various GEODIS business units and the client.
Your main activities include:
Developing business activities generated by clients, with a priority focus on international opportunities
Participating in the implementation of the market strategy in line with the needs of our Key Accounts
Coordinating internal teams involved with portfolio clients (including at least one member from each Division)
Managing and improving the profitability of the client portfolio
Identifying development opportunities within defined key accounts (with a priority on international prospects)
Coordinating responses to tenders
Participating in contract reengineering in line with cost reduction plans
Please note: This position requires frequent international travel (approximately 60% of the time).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Master's degree (BAC+5) ,or equivalent from an engineering or business school
You have more than 5 years of commercial experience in Transport and Logistics within the Industry market.
You are recognized for your: team spirit, analytical skills, positive attitude, listening abilities, capacity to turn customer challenges into operational solutions, and market knowledge.
You have strong internal and external interpersonal skills, as well as sales and negotiation competencies.
You are fluent in Swedishand English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in a third language (French) is a plus.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.&lt;br /&gt;

Checking flight departure and informing the customer.
Sending pre-alert documents to the overseas office based on the flight departure and uploading the relevant documents to the NXG system as e-docs.
If the shipment is payable in Turkey, checking with the finance department whether the company has a term/credit definition.
Sealing the income invoice issued from NXG through the soft system and then sharing it with the customer.
Entering milestone dates into the NXG system timely and accurately at every stage of the operation and in line with the company's KPI targets.
Performing a final check to ensure that income and expense items are entered correctly into NXG.
Informing the relevant unit manager for the CMP of the file.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Graduated from departments such as logistics, transportation, etc. at universities,
At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position,
Familiar with the logistics sector, not unfamiliar with sectoral definitions,
Proficient in using Microsoft systems and operational systems,
Fully familiar with air cargo terms and definitions,
For male candidates, having completed military service,
Proficient in English at a good level,
