Objetivo / Propósito del cargo

Destacan desarrollo del producto aéreo tanto para importaciones como exportaciones. Apoyar e incrementar nuestras operaciones entregando un producto y precio competitivo siempre con un enfoque en desarrollar / vender más y mejor el producto aéreo. 

Establecer y desarrollar relaciones comerciales con nuestras oficinas a lo largo del mundo con el fin de desarrollar el producto aéreo y especialmente con aquellas oficinas en las rutas que Geodis Chile ha definido como estratégicas.

Desarrollar una relación comercial cercana con las principales líneas aéreas y depósito aeroportuarios.

Definir productos, tarifas, elaborar campañas.

Junto con el rol del desarrollo del producto aéreo, se define al Air Freight Manager como una mezcla en sus responsabilidades del desarrollo de producto como ventas directamente.

Por lo tanto, también tiene responsabilidades de cumplir el Budget personal y de aéreo, búsqueda de clientes, obtención de clientes nuevos, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Funciones:


A. Funciones en CAMPO

• Supervisar la descarga de contenedores 
• Coordinar la descarga y ejecutar el almacenamiento según las indicaciones del cliente ((apilamiento, layout, ubicación)
• Asegurar que no se realicen cambios en la disposición de la carga sin instrucción expresa del cliente.
• Coordinar con personal del cliente durante las recepciones.
• Supervisar la correcta toma de evidencias fotográficas
• Detectar y reportar el mismo día cualquier daño o faltante relacionado con la carga
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas HSE durante la descarga y almacenamiento.
• Coordinar el orden de atención de camiones durante la descarga de contenedores.
• Coordinar y supervisar el despacho de la mercadería cuando el cliente lo requiera.
• Atender y coordinar el ingreso de camiones para despacho.
• Verificar que los bultos despachados correspondan a la instrucción de salida del cliente.
• Asegurar que solo se despache mercadería autorizada.


B. Funciones en OFICINA

• Elaborar reportes, indicadores e información operativa a solicitud del cliente y/o de la jefatura directa.
• Centralizar, custodiar y administrar la documentación operativa del proyecto.
• Mantener comunicación y coordinación permanente con las áreas internas involucradas en el proyecto.
• Apoyar en tareas administrativas relacionadas con la operación del proyecto.
• Dar seguimiento a requerimientos administrativos u operativos solicitados por la jefatura directa.
• Entre otras funciones que sean asignadas por su superior inmediato.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Requisitos

• Título Técnico o Universitario en Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Logística o carreta afines.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares
 • Experiencia en proyectos y/o gestión de almacenes e inventarios.
• Nivel intermedio de inglés.
• Manejo intermedio de Excel.
• Conocimiento en el manejo de carga sobredimensionada o de proyectos.
