· Contribute to the sales strategy on assigned Corporate Accounts portfolio growth objectives · Ensure the development and maintenance of customer relationships and enhance overall client portfolio, safeguard sales revenue and ensure customer satisfaction · Ensure the identification and targeting of opportunities with customized propositions · Gather, consolidate, analyse and report management information · Drive behavior towards strategic engagement and value creation for assigned portfolio of accounts and strategic targets; · Embrace the 5 values of Geodis be an ambassador by demonstrating these values in everything you say and do. · Steer, develop and motivate the local account managers to sell, maintain and support the assigned clients

- University degree or equivalent - Have senior level management experience, as well as be familiar with the principles and practise of supply chain management. - Sales experience and working knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry preferred. - Familiarity with the financial aspects of the relevant local economy as well as international market conditions and trends, and international business issues, including currency factors and cultural differences. - Good negotiation techniques - Good sales techniques; concept sales, customer psychology and purchasing patterns - Project management skills - Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, etc. - Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customer and other contacts - Excellent presentation techniques

Description du poste :
1) Maintain shipment logs, prepare and handle shipping paperwork and documentation; 2) Rate, route and facilitate the movement of shipments with the service standards of company procedure & customer SOP; 3) File the airway bill and manifest; 4) Input data for each air freight movement into the computer system; 5) Coordinate with warehouse co-workers to facilitate the movement of the freight including pallet arrangement and relevant paperwork; 6) Send pre-alert and relevant messages to appropriate parties; 7) Trace airway bill copies from sub-loaders; 8) Prepare the invoice of consolidated shipments to various co-loading accounts. 9) Shift duty at night is required.

- Form 5 standard or above - 3 years working experience, preferably from airfreight forwarding industry - Holder of a valid Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate preferred - Knowledge of Hong Kong Customs Regulations - Good command of English & Chinese - Accurate typing - Basic computer knowledge required to perform data entry, handle of email routine and access to intranets.
