HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Coordinators help to implement the HSE plan (personnel, equipment, working conditions). They coordinate the implementation of HSE-related actions and rules within their scope while maintaining the HSE system. Their role is to ensure that steps are taken to reduce work-related accidents and illnesses, in compliance with current regulations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Coordination of HSE related activities
Support and coordinate the implementation of the Health and Safety policy in accordance with the regulatory context and the guidelines set by the BU, Regional and LoB management
Alert management and report risks (duty to warn, etc.)
Identify and analyze the causes of accidents and occupational illnesses and contribute to the definition of action plans
Contribute to the development of safety policies, procedures and training modules, and assist in the development and implementation of measures and strategies to prevent occupational risks
Revise and maintain HSE procedures for the management of site safety activities in accordance with Group standards and applicable legislation
Prepare for and participate in internal audits and inspections
Reporting and analysis
Maintain HSE databases, run HSE KPIs and reports
Compile statistics using all available data to prevent future incidents
Ensure that accidents, incidents and relevant events are reported accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with applicable regulations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and share relevant lessons learned and best practices
Advice and guidance
Act as a point of contact for all HSE issues
Provide HSE training to employees on topics such as risk management, incident investigation and safe working practices.
Prepare reports on the causes of accidents and recommend solutions to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Raise awareness of safety culture and health, safety and environmental issues to involve employees in preventing work-related accidents and improving working conditions
Monitor current laws and regulations and apply them to site practices&lt;br /&gt;

Sales support includes Operational Global Account Coordinator (OGAM), Sales specialists who prepare and negotiate the offers (negotiations with account managers involvement) based on technical offers and costing prepared by tendering teams (see sub-function in Business Solution), Sales Support Coordinators and Managers and positions in charge of Sales Performance monitoring&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Supporting and supervising administrative activities
Help their appointed Salespeople focused on customer facing activities by supporting them with their sales administration activities (including, but are not limited to quotations, credit applications, customer appointment booking, customer presentations, queries and complaints)
Assist salespeople with the completion of their own personal administrative functions, expenses, reporting or Customer activity reporting in the CRM
Contribute to the preparation of weekly, monthly or quarterly sales reports
Collect data, maintain and update databases
May support the salesperson to produce RFI's and RFQ's by the Accountability (responsibility for those RFI's and RFQ's will always remain with the owner)
Share qualified sales leads with the network following the Sales Lead Process
Internal and external communication management
Be a direct point of contact for customers and internal GEODIS stakeholders
Handle queries, challenges, quotation and sales appointment requests
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner and facilitate effective communication within the sales team
Recognize that they are at all times an ambassador for the GEODIS brand, act accordingly and ensure that their team also does&lt;br /&gt;

The customs clearance specialist is an expert in customs operations and processes. By providing their expertise in this field, they help the company to manage risks and avoid legal proceedings by ensuring that commercial operations are carried out in compliance with all the regulations and legislation in force.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Steering and monitoring of customs operations
Prepare and submit required documentation for international shipments, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other necessary documentation
Validate official declarations with the customs authorities
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws, including tariffs, customs clearance, and import/export regulations
Manage the invoicing process to the client in a timely and accurate manner
Represent the client to the Customs Authority
Alert the client in case of litigious customs, identify the appropriate solutions to resolve the issue
Coordinate with other members of the logistics team, such as freight forwarders and warehouse personnel, to ensure that goods are transferred and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure that manufactured products are correctly classified according to their category (perishable, dangerous, technological, etc.) and according to the commercial and regulatory requirements specific to the country of origin and destination of the goods
Resolve customs-related issues and communicate with government agencies.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders in order to ensure smooth and efficient customs clearance processes
Reporting and analysis
Implement and monitor KPIs to assess the benefits of optimizing customs flows
Produce and maintain reporting following client deadlines and Geodis requirements
Analyze foreign regulations and the establishment and implementation of procedures to comply with them
Advice and guidance
Act as a liaison between the customer, the customs authorities, the goods transit department and all other control bodies, and ensure that all necessary documents are in order
Monitor changes in customs regulations, disseminate information, advise and train the departments concerned or customers
Provide support to sales teams, including during customer visits
Communicate the risks associated with non-compliance with customs regulations
Identify potential savings, define Incoterms policies (rules and procedures determining the responsibilities and obligations of the seller and the buyer) with a view to optimizing customs costs
Support control and litigation procedures
Stay up to date in the field

Bachelor's/Master's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field 
5+ years of experience in a similar role&lt;br /&gt;
