-	En participant et contribuant à la revue ou l'élaboration de la documentation juridique, notamment dans les domaines suivants :

o	Secrétariat juridique courant des filiales françaises et étrangères (approbation des comptes, nomination / renouvellement des mandats des dirigeants / CAC, modifications statutaires) 
o	Opérations exceptionnelles de restructuring (recapitalisations, dissolutions, liquidations, TUP…), M&amp;A (fusions, apport partiel d'actifs, cession de droits sociaux,…),
o	Contrats IT et achat
o	Contrats intra-groupes

-	Mise à jour des fiches sociétés et de la base de données des sociétés du Groupe/ Collecte d'information
-	Recherches et veille juridique, rédaction de notes juridiques
- Accompagner les juristes du département Corporate (France et international) et M&amp;A &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Diplomé(e) d'un CRFPA / EFB, avec de préférence un double diplôme Master 2 Droit des Affaires ou école de commerce

- De bonnes connaissances en Droit des sociétés - Corporate - M&amp;A, Droit des affaires (général)

- Anglais bilingue

- Connaissance du droit des sociétés et du droit des affaires. Bonne qualités rédactionnelles tant en français qu'en anglais

L'apprenti fera parti de l'équipe métier (comptabilité générale, clients, fournisseurs, contrôle de gestion) du projet de transformation Finance du Groupe GEODIS (FIT). Ce projet lancé en novembre 2023 consiste à la mise en place de processus finance et achats harmonisés et communs pour l'ensemble des entités du Groupe, et déployés au sein d'un ERP unique (SAP S4HANA) et une solution d'achat (COUPA).
Le projet FIT entame depuis janvier 2026 sa phase de déploiement après avoir avec succès déployé son Pilot en 2025.
L'apprenti sera amené à travailler avec chaque membre de l'équipe en fonction. La liste de ses missions évoluera pour s'adapter à chacune des phases du projet :

-	Définition détaillée des processus finance et achats sur la base de cas d'usage concrets
-	Compréhension et formalisation des processus de bout en bout
-	Participation aux différentes étapes de migration de la donnée et cadrage avec les systèmes comptables actuels
-	Participation aux activités de recette utilisateurs (préparation, collecte de données, préparation de la data)
-	Formalisation de la documentation métier, et des supports de formation. Participation active aux actions d'accompagnement au changement (communication, formation)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

As a standby service employee, you will be responsible for processing the emergency orders outside of business hours.
Geodis will provide you with a stand-by phone and a correct and detailed onboarding procedure.

Within this role you will be on stand-by from:
	Monday – Friday from 7pm – 11pm 
	Saturday &amp; Sunday from 7am – 11pm 
In total 52 hours per week.

During these stand-by shifts, you will receive a standard standby allowance of 3.40 euro per hour. 
When you are called, the at that moment applicable allowance will be applied per hour, these are:
	Monday – Friday 19,54 euro
	Saturday 22,55 euro
	Sunday 30,06 euro

When you will receive a standby call, it is mandatory to be on-site within 30 minutes after the call.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
