Full Processing and reconciliation of Bank accounts

Full process of all overhead expenses, Monthly Provisions and accruals of same.

Processing and reconciling custom deferred accounts

Processing EFT payments

Reviewing of VAT on expenses processed VAT

Managing cash creditor accounts with branches

Prepare any ad hoc reports as requested by management

Ensure systems controls are in place and working

Ensuring adherence to policies & procedures

Applicant's profile

Must have at least 5-10 years' experience as a Bookkeeper

Some experience working in the freight industry would be advantageous

Must be computer literate in Excel and Outlook (Advanced Excel will be beneficial)

Must be well spoken and able to communicate in English

Knowledge of SARS e-filing a benefit
