Job description

• Gerenciamento de pessoas;
• Gerenciamento de sistemas relativos às operações de Warehouse e transporte (WMS, TMS, ERP);
• Gerenciamento de processos (SOP, fluxos, narrativas);
• Networking com empresas parceiras, especialmente com transportadores (FTL, LTL, aéreo, multimodal);
• Qualificação e homologação de parceiros de acordo com as regras internas da GEODIS;
• Networking com clientes, visando alavancar novas oportunidades de negócios para a GEODIS;
• Gerenciamento financeiro – saúde financeira do departamento em todas as esferas (vendas, margem, custos diretos e EBIT);
• Garantir a aplicação correta de impostos nos serviços prestados;
• Análise qualitativa e quantitativa de resultados operacionais, na busca pela excelência (SLA´s e savings);
• Performance operacional;
• Ponto focal no relacionamento com os clientes no que tange às operações;

Applicant's profile

• Academic background in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering and related fields.
• Advanced/fluent English.
• Spanish desirable;
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Logistics Operations with a focus on Transportation and reverse logistics;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in People Management;
• Extensive knowledge of transportation routines and TMS systems, especially ERP/TMS TOTVs;
• Extensive knowledge of Risk Management/Transport Insurance rules;
• Skills with financial routines for determining results;
• Advanced technical skills (Excel, dashboard-oriented tools, such as Power BI);
• Advanced technical skills with presentations (Powerpoint and others);
• Project management skills.
