Job description

• Day to day execution of HR support such as:
o Interview arrangement and making proper interview records / reports as per request;
o Local office training program organize and coordinate as per yearly training plan, make training record and timely follow up with training evaluation;
o Coordinate with local staff commencement and staff exit, make sure all staff commencement and exit process running smoothly and align with global HR policy and local labour law.
• Act as bride of employees and manager to transfer the information.
• Responsible for general administrative support to Beijing branch office, serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.
• Help with the scheduling of meetings, conference calls, corporate/team functions and events, and other appointments.
• Collect and maintain accurate data to prepare various reports and statistics.
• Prepare payment requests and E-forms for management approval; follow up on questions pertaining to requests for approval for company information release
• Answer phone calls, screen callers, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently when management is not available or out of office; take and relay messages; greet visitors.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Applicant's profile

• Basic CV screening skills and interview skills over telephone and face-to-face interview;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PPT
• Good communication skills both to internal and external clients
• Efficient use of time
• Familiar with company HR policies and local SOP for government application and handling
• Fluent in local language, as well as English (read, spoken and written), and other language helpful in daily business.
