Presentation of GEODIS

Presentation of the EPM project
For a few years, GEODIS has initiated a wide transformation project of its Finance Function called Odyssey Finance. This program embeds the design of a Finance Core Model encompassing performance management framework, finance processes, and tools supported by better shared master data management.
In this context GEODIS launched the implementation of an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software that is currently being rolled-out through a worldwide scope of entities. Objective of this software is to help to analyze, understand and report GEODIS business.

Missions and responsibilities
You will part of the project team in charge of the Finance Transformation in GEODIS headquarter located in Levallois-Perret and will report to the EPM deployment lead. You will contribute to all the activities related to the deployment of the EPM software: project management, trainings, user acceptance tests, users support. You will work with many stakeholders: project team composed of GEODIS employees and consultants, IT team, local teams located worldwide.
You will participate into the following activities :
- Track project progress
- Participate in the definition of user acceptance test plans
- Contribute to follow-up test execution by EPM users
- Contribute to provide trainings and post go-live support
- Contribute to write support documentation
This list of missions may evolve to adapt to the project organization and planning.

Profil du candidat

Applicant's profile
- You are preparing a master's degree from a Business School, Institut d'Etudes Politiques, engineering school or equivalent
- You have an appetite for project management and data management
- You have some knowledge in management controlling
- You are both fluent in French and English
- You are open minded, agile and able to adapt to a variety of interlocutors with different professional or cultural backgrounds
