- Execute the activities of the SLF system specilist role in the 3 shifts of operation.
- Supervise the correct execution of the work developed by the team of the account or shift in
charge.
- Ensure through the team in charge the execution of scheduled activities in compliance with
quality parameters, quality, and timeliness.
- Generate and monitor key performance indicators (KPI).
- Ensure the order and cleanliness of the operations area.
- Ensure the safe performance of activities by ensuring training, provision of PPE and
compliance with HSEQ standards.
- Track and investigate inventory variances.
- Permanently report any problems, inconveniences or irregularities that may arise.
- Attend internal and external customers in a correct and timely manner.
- Execute the instructions of your direct boss in basic activities.
- Other functions that the immediate boss considers relevant and inherent to the position.

Perfil del puesto

- Technician or technologist in Logistics or related field.
- Knowledge and experience of at least 1 year in logistics or production operations.
- Excellent external and internal customer service.
- Knowledge in office automation tools.
- Knowledge in inventory control.
- Able to effectively plan your work time.
- Ability to lead teams of 20 people or less
- Knowledge of SAP (Mandatory)
