Job description

To ensure that the shipments are transported under the right route assigned to accomplish the On time delivery goal and having a good management system with all the stakeholders.

Main Activities
• Receive and analyze requests from the MyParcel through email, phone calls and Microsoft teams.
• Provide data related to visibility
• Support claims, invoicing.
• Receive, monitor and distribute forecasts.
• Enter, maintain and process eCommerce orders
• Prevent exception management by monitoring parcel shipping process.
• Monitor events received via EDI,
• Understand Customer needs and communicate analyzed customers' requests and instructions to Operations and Stakeholders teams.
• Coordinate with Ops & stakeholders teams and follow up until completion.
• Redirect IT systems request to IT and follow up until resolve.
• Send reports to Brands with order status.
• Recognizes when to escalate customer issues

Education, Certifications
o BA in Administration or International Business. Advanced English required

Experience
o 1-2 years in Cargo & freight operations expertise required. Ecommerce industry, Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers, 1-2 years experience on international shipments.

Skills
Supply chain optimization, MS Office, Excellent organizational & analytic skills & Attention to detail.

Travels
o May require travel to the US once a year.
