Job description

This individual contributor role is part of our Regional HR Team and covers two main roles; supporting matters related with Regional Head Office employees and supporting Regional HR initiatives.
A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
• Handling the overall HR processes for Regional Head Office (RHO) employees in line with the Group and Regional HR policies and the business needs,
• Ensuring that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with standard legal practices and regulations,
• Fostering positive employee relations by resolving conflicts and addressing concerns,
• Ensuring that workplace policies and procedures are followed and that employees are treated fairly and equitably,
• Partnering with the manager/business leaders and monitoring key talent initiatives for RHO employees, including onboarding, performance management, trainings, etc.,
• Providing HR consulting and coaching services for managers and business leaders to solve significant people issues such as organizational structure changes, etc.
• Conducting employee onboardings and planning their integration paths with the relevant teams,
• Ensuring the data of RHO employees are up to date in HRIS,
• Leading various Regional HR initiatives like diversity campaigns, Employee Engagement Survey,
• Supporting reporting related to HR matters where necessary,
• Keeping abreast of any changes in HR legislation to ensure the company is compliant at all times.

Applicant's profile

You bring along:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree on Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the above-mentioned tasks,
• Strong knowledge of German labor law,
• Fluent in German and English,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Experienced with managing different level of stakeholders in an international environment would be a huge plus.
