Job Description: Sales Lead Success Coordinator – Customer Profile Enrichment & Supply Chain Flow Detection
Position Title:
Sales Lead Success Coordinator
Mission:
The Sales Lead Success Coordinator is responsible for enriching customer profiles, detecting and analyzing supply chain flows, and identifying the most relevant contacts for the sales team.
This position plays a critical role in supporting business development by ensuring that the sales organization has high-quality, actionable intelligence on prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Profile Enrichment
o Collect, validate, and update detailed information on existing and potential customers using internal databases, external sources, and digital tools.
o Ensure customer profiles are comprehensive, including company structure, business activities, locations, industry specifics, and potential logistics requirements.
o Analyze data to identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
2. Supply Chain Flow Detection
o Investigate and map customer supply chain flows (inbound, outbound, domestic, international, multimodal, etc.).
o Use market research, industry reports, customer interactions, and data analytics to detect and document key logistics flows.
o Work closely with sales, operations, and business intelligence teams to validate and update flow information.
3. Contact Identification
o Identify decision-makers and key influencers within customer organizations relevant to logistics and supply chain management.
o Maintain up-to-date contact information, including roles, responsibilities, and organizational charts.
o Support the sales team by providing accurate and current contact lists for targeted outreach campaigns.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
o Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of customer intelligence efforts.
o Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards on profile enrichment, detected flows, and contact identification progress.
o Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer data management.

Profil du candidat

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in data research, profiling, or sales support, ideally in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and online research platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
