Job description

Sales support includes Operational Global Account Coordinator (OGAM), Sales specialists who prepare and negotiate the offers (negotiations with account managers involvement) based on technical offers and costing prepared by tendering teams (see sub-function in Business Solution), Sales Support Coordinators and Managers and positions in charge of Sales Performance monitoring

Applicant's profile

Supporting and supervising administrative activities
Help their appointed Salespeople focused on customer facing activities by supporting them with their sales administration activities (including, but are not limited to quotations, credit applications, customer appointment booking, customer presentations, queries and complaints)
Assist salespeople with the completion of their own personal administrative functions, expenses, reporting or Customer activity reporting in the CRM
Contribute to the preparation of weekly, monthly or quarterly sales reports
Collect data, maintain and update databases
May support the salesperson to produce RFI's and RFQ's by the Accountability (responsibility for those RFI's and RFQ's will always remain with the owner)
Share qualified sales leads with the network following the Sales Lead Process
Internal and external communication management
Be a direct point of contact for customers and internal GEODIS stakeholders
Handle queries, challenges, quotation and sales appointment requests
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner and facilitate effective communication within the sales team
Recognize that they are at all times an ambassador for the GEODIS brand, act accordingly and ensure that their team also does
