Job description

 Process and maintain the Global ID codes of customers and suppliers based on GEODIS Global Corporate Policies into operating systems in timely and structured manner.
 Verify the authentication of companies, suppliers, and all organization types have been validated, followed and aligned to Corporate Policies.
 Monitor data quality to ensure that information maintained in company's database system is accurate and up to date.
 Other duty as assigned.
 Follow department /company's rules, policies, and support overall department as needed.
 Any other tasks assigned by team leader, supervisor and manager.
 Process job with in timeline. Work as shift.

Applicant's profile

 Bachelor's degree in any field.
 Experience 1-3 years working experience in ocean freight forwarding business especially in Airfreight – Sea freight Operation / IT Supporter/ System Administrator fields.
 Familiar with system administrative tasks.
 Good command of English (Minimum TOEIC score is 600)
 Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel (at least Intermediate Level).
 Able to manage own working time effectively, work on shift schedule
 Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with customers and all cross-functional areas.
