Manage and optimize month-end close processes for U.S. consolidation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information at a global level.
Design and execute data controls and validation processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and traceability of financial data.
Manage and drive automation of data integrations across ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains) and consolidation tools, reducing manual effort.
Develop and analyze complex financial models, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of corporate performance.
Prepare and analyze trial balances, equity roll-forwards, and income statements, ensuring data integrity and generating actionable insights.
Facilitate financial close meetings, presenting key findings and variance explanations to stakeholders.
Manage intercompany processes, leveraging data analytics to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reconciliations.
Support the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance and clarity.
Collaborate with Tax and Audit teams, providing accurate data and analytical support for compliance and external reviews.
Build ad hoc reports and analyses, as well as financial dashboards that support business strategy.
Utilize advanced Excel tools (macros, Power Query, data modeling) and other analytical solutions to enhance reporting capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, data visualization, and process optimization.
