VIP Support Analyst & Team Leader

Job description

The VIP Support Analyst will be responsible for VIP Support Activities for several LoBs and internal clients within GEODIS Headquarters (EXCOM Population and -1's). Within this scope, are included several activities such as Support Level 1, Support Level 2 and collaboration with Level 3 Engineering teams.
The VIP Support Analyst will work on VIP RUN Activities, from Support L1/L2 to proactive support activities such as Problem Management as well as Monitoring follow up. Will be as well responsible to maintain knowledge about the activity and will be able to rely on Engineering Support L3 or Expertise teams if needed.
As a team leader, the VIP Support analyst – Team leader will be responsible to coordinate the activities of the VIP Support team, its priorities and continuous improvement, under the supervision of the Supervisor's function: USC (User support Center) & VIP Support Manager.
The Support Services growth as well as all the new projects in the pipe coming in during next years will lead the VIP RUN team to have more responsibilities and to learn other IT technologies to support.

Applicant's profile

BAC + 2 with at least 5 years of experience performing IT Support Activities in Multinational VIP environments. ITIL Basic knowledge in particular in Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Request fulfiment is nice to have. Team management experienced desired.
