Job description

Eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben erwartet Sie, unter anderem:
• Unterstützung des regionalen HR-Teams bei den täglichen Aufgaben,
• Mitverantwortung für HR-Projekte, die unsere regionalen Prozesse gestalten,
• Das Team über die neuesten HR-Trends informieren,
• Implementierung interner Kommunikationspläne zur Steigerung des Mitarbeiterengagements,
• Organisation von Veranstaltungen für unsere Mitarbeiter,
• Unterstützung des Rekrutierungsprozesses, vom Employer Branding bis zu Vorstellungsgesprächen,
• Verbesserung unseres Trainingsprozesses.

Applicant's profile

Sie bringen mit:
• Derzeit in einem relevanten Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang eingeschrieben und mindestens ein weiteres Jahr bis zum Abschluss,
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss,
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office-Anwendungen,
• Hands-on-Mentalität und Lernbereitschaft,
• Kreative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
