Job description

• Request a reservation with the airline or shipping company for cargo shipment based on the specifications defined by the client/agent at the destination;
• Coordinate cargo collection, when necessary, according to instructions from the client/agent at the destination;
• Keep the client informed about the shipment status;
• Monitor cargo clearance by the broker;
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in filling out information in the System and issuing documentation;
• Arrange for invoicing of the process within the established deadline.
• Send booking data.
• Send draft of the BL within the deadline;
• Monitor delivery of cargo to the previously determined terminal, within the established deadline.
