Job description
Responsibilities:
1.Support implementation manager to ensure the smooth implementation process and cross functional customer solutions with stations, in conjunction with Sales, OPS and IT, to meet customer requirement
2.Support implementation manager to translate the global and regional requirement to approach for Customer Business Implementation in China
3.Support implementation manager to translate the agreements made with clients to an actual setup within GEODIS by implementation plan, with key deliverables and set timelines
4.Assist to maintain project communication between Stations to develop balanced customer solutions and resolve individual station issues
5.Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Requirement:
1.Academic working and thinking level
2.International business experience/awareness especially covering Sales/OPS and 3.IT within freight forwarding
4.Skill to listen and understand customers and operations needs and concerns
5.Knowledge of the logistics sector and relevant developments in it
6.Project Management experience on multi-functional projects
7.Knowledge of value added and supply chain solutions
8.Ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures
9.Ability to work in a diverse environment and culture
