Position requirements and constraints (working hours…)

The candidates must be able to work on shift schedule. (shift-work 8 normal working hours per day and 5 days per weeks) including Saturday, Sunday.

Job description

- Manages at least ONE (1) team with minimum 8-12 team members.
- Oversee daily operations of Export and Import.
- Coaching and monitoring team members to perform meet the KPI.
- Drive and lead bi-weekly team meetings or as assigned by immediate superior.
- Support and provide internal cross training / knowledge sharing for team members and new joiners.
- Manages and resolve countries' escalated issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory expectations are met within the service delivery scope.
- Other duties as assigned.

Applicant's profile

- Bachelor's degree in any fields, preferable in Logistic field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences with experience at least 1 year of experiences in managing a team with 2 or more than members.
- Good knowledge of sea / air freight business areas in international markets.
- Good command in English.
- Capable of using MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel is preferable.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
