Job description

- Execute the core import/export outsourcing processes both Air freight and Sea freight into operating systems in timely and structured manner.
- Coordinate, response and follow up with country's operations and other related non-network operations to resolve outstanding issues.
- Checking a completeness of shipping documents and register information into the operating system for further processing.
- Verify that all procedures and processes have been followed at the completion of each shipment.
- Prepare summary and assessment reports related to daily operations.
- Other duties / projects as assigned by immediate superior.

Applicant's profile

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service / Data Entry.
- Preferably knowledge of Air freight / Sea freight industry and processes.
- Basic command in English.
- Familiar with the import/export processes and invoicing.
- Good knowledge of computer system and data management.
