Business Excellence Data Analyst H/F

Description de la mission

The Business Excellence Data Analyst, configures and generates relevant reports to help decision-making. He/She Ensures readiness of Business Excellence reportings according to GEODIS Strategy


Key responsibilities:
• Structure and harmonize data and referentials to share a relevant view of the analyzed KPIs
• Make the data dynamic in order to understand trends and draw conclusions / action plan
• Gather insights on the local practices in terms of business excellence reportings and data collection processes
• Present data visually (diagrams / charts / maps…) allowing benchmark and the representation of scenarios
• Implement the testing of new features implemented on the system to verify the accuracy of the template, workflows…
• Analyze operational data and presents the findings on the implementation and effectiveness of BE programs deliverable and methodologies to the senior management
• Identify areas for improvements to workforce productivity and modifications to BE programs as required
• Provide planning and forecasting tools for better planning and enhanced productivity for key users
• Provide training to key users to ensure proper use of the developed tools or system improvements
• Popularize the use of tools
