Description de la mission

The FIT Change Manager will be responsible of the change management activities listed below, with the support of our external partner and the contribution of the FIT global team:
• Define, share and improve the change management approach applied to our FIT project
• Work with FIT Team to help them understand and follow the approach, providing on-going support and advice
• Secure roles & responsibilities are well defined and understood among the change network (GBPO / PMO / Data / Deploy / LRPM / LBPO / CFO / Buyers / ..)
• Work with the overall teams (local, regional & group) to secure that coming changes are understood, managed and secured.
• Monitor change activities with KPI and integrate those KPI in the overall project KPI, with the support of the PMO team
• Shape and conduct in close collaboration with the PMO team retrospective after each key phase (Change Impact assessment outcomes / UAT / training / Go Live / Hypercare)
• Coordinate stakeholder relationship management across all teams
• Specific for Communication and Engagement :
• Define the global Communication plan
• Manage FIT communication plan (Group / Regional / Local) in close collaboration with the teams
• Facilitate Events
• Secure the communication & engagement of HR team is perform and that the adequate level of information is provided to ensure local / regional / central actions are performed with union (based on existing practices)
• Specific to training :
• Define the strategy, principles & approach and engage the FIT team on it
• Develop with the training coordinator global training materials & templates and share these with you
• Steer the availability of the training materials with the training coordinator
• Support and govern the localisation of training materials
• Specific to “sustaining change” :
• Organize activities & skills transfer from the project teams into Business As Usual structures (RUN teams and operation teams)
• Plan and monitor the transition
• Implement KPI to measure FIT benefits (ie Business Value)

The change manager is expected to constructively challenge the external partner and FIT teams to steer the change management activities toward continuous improvement and pragmatic and engaging approach.

Profil du candidat

You have around 10 years' experience.
You already have successful work experiences on a project similar in size, complexity and strategic importance and preferably a finance transformation in international context and with a strong IT & transformation component.
Skills :
- You are an expert on change management tools and techniques.
- You are proficient in the Office Pack (mainly Excel, PPT and Word) + Project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Big Picture, …
- You are a team player and cooperative
- You bring meaning and serenity in you ways of working
- You have efficient communication and listening skills.
- You understand stakeholder management key principles and are experimented on it
- You are agile and able to adapt to a variety of interlocutors with different professional or cultural backgrounds
- You understand the intricacies of complex matrix organizations and you have a proven track record on aligning stakeholders
- You have redactional skills and are able to convey complex messages in simple words
- You are comfortable addressing to C LEVEL populations and able to be impactful.
