Chargé d'implémentation SAP Finance Senior H/F

Description de la mission

The challenges of the job position are those of implementing a new shared solution, standard as much as possible, in an international context meaning :
- Supporting internal business and IT teams in defining a standard core model and implementing (development, integration, testing, hypercare) it in line with roadmap and budget :
o Challenging the business in case of specific requirements,
o Challenging and then validating the technical and functional solutions proposed by the integrator to produce a maintainable and deployable solution at lower costs
o Ensuring that functional and technical documentations is up to date.
- Preparing the transition of the solution to go to run mode and contributing to the organization of correction and enhancement maintenance.

The Senior SAP Finance Implementation Manager will have three main tasks:
• Contributing to the project to implement the Group ERP by providing his/her experience and expertise.
• Managing changes and patches, for which he/she will be responsible from beginning to end (depending of the stage of the project with the support or not of the integrator): drafting specifications based on the expression of needs, drafting functional specifications for developers, customizing and testing, etc.
• Contributing his/her expertise to major projects and developments managed by other teams and impacting SAP.

The Senior SAP Finance Implementation Managerwill work closely with the ERP Program team and the D&T IT Teams. He / She will report to the Finance ERP Program Director.

Main responsibilities for the position
• Collect Business requirements :
o Facilitate the monitoring and prioritization of business change requirements
o Challenge the business on specific requirements
o Evaluate the cost and timeframe of the customizing
• Support Project management :
o Gather customer requirements and draw up functional specifications.
o Ensure functional and technical documentation is up to date
o Customize in compliance with Geodis D&T standards, process and best practices.
o Run integration and non-regression tests.
• Prepare IT Go To Run
o Write the operating procedures.
o Check the quality of the solution.
o Ensure the information on the current architecture and interfaces is shared and documented.
o Prepare Support cartography / RACI
• Support :
o Manage efficiently GEODIS SAP licenses with SAM team and key users
o Provide expert support to pilot users.
• Communication :
o Manage and report on own activity.
o Ensure efficient communication to D&T teams and in particular support team on RUN deliveries and new deliveries

Tomorrow, the position could either contribute to:
o roll-out the solution or
o take in charge the maintenance of pilot entities using the SAP solution and prepare to take in charge the entities that are in the process of being deployed.

Profil du candidat

Qualifications

• - 5 years' experience in SAP FI-CO maintenance, in an international context with excellent expertise of the FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP and IM modules
• Mastery of interface issues, e.g. FI-AP, FI-AR
• Proven experience of integration with SaaS solutions in an SAP context
• Participation in SAP deployment projects would be an appreciated added value.
• Contribution to the integration of tools in SaaS mode in an SAP context, familiar with the various components of a SaaS project, in particular SSO, security, communication protocols, etc.
• Mastery of the fundamentals of project management, mastery of project management combining customizing and specific development


Required Behavioural Competencies

The Senior SAP Finance Implementation Managerwill need to have a good experience of business project assistance.
He/she will need to be able to work in a collaborative environment with the Finance team and other teams in the D&T Direction.
He/she will be able to report appropriately to his/her management and users, and will be able to challenge requests while at the same time being able to make proposals.
The size of the team means that he/she will need to be flexible and able to work autonomously to develop your skills in new tools.
