D&T FINANCE FP&A CONTROLLER H/F
Description de la mission
Contribute to the coordination of the overall D&T Finance processes:
- by defining and coordinating the D&T Finance calendar with all parties
- by bringing added value on templates collection/visualization (for all exercises closing/budget…) taking into consideration specificities for GIS & ISSC
Act as a relay of Group Finance:
- by consolidating D&T spendings and performing ad hoc analysis regarding D&T spendings
- by providing regular financial reporting for the overall D&T Function and coordinating strategic plan & budget processes
- by aligning D&T finance processes with Finance guidelines (Blueprint, MAB rules, data referential…) and defining the finance rules and guidelines specific to D&T
Contribute to the enhancement of an effective performance management dialogue within the overall D&T Function:
- by pursuing the industrialization of the MAB IT project by coordinating it
- by providing guidelines/documentation on the ABC costing methodology to IT scope (conception, keys allocation, referential updates, EBX, Valoptia feeding/support…)
- by applying the ABC costing methodology to the IT costs to enable IT services monitoring by identifying cost optimization and quick wins/savings
- by emphasizing an IT performance dialogue based on specific analyses & standalone reports (ad hoc analysis) during Quarterly reviews with CIOs members based on MAB IT principles.
Review D&T (new) projects and investments by providing financial analysis/recommendations:
- by challenging operational teams on costs and spendings of specific projects/investments
- by assisting them in seeking approvals from D&T Board and GIC
Profil du candidat
Master's degree (BAC+5) in finance with at least 4 years' experience
Experience of roles as business partner
Autonomy and rigor
Ability to make proposals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in English is a must.
