3. Internal Communications: Support and create strategic internal communications campaigns to promote and engage employees in our digital learning initiatives.
4. Branding and Consistency: Contribute developing tools and templates aligned with G University branding to ensure a consistent "look, feel, and learner experience" across different modalities and audiences.

After implementation, your main responsibilities:
1. Enhance Digital Learning Content: Collaborate with Training Program Managers, coach business owners, subject matter experts, and team members to design digital learning paths, content, and experiences across various modalities.
2. Lead learning projects from design to delivery: focusing on developing the skills, capabilities, and knowledge employees need.
3. Vendor Management: Identify and manage vendors delivering impactful digital learning/training programs.
4. Animation and portfolio Management: Handle the animation and content maintenance of our Learning Management Systems.
5. Program Management: Manage strategic digital learning programs (e.g., Onboarding Programs, Functional Academies) through continuous review, update, and optimization of contents to meet evolving learning objectives.
6. Learner Experience Analysis: Understand and analyze learner experiences, connecting results to performance measurements.

During the LMS / LXP implementation phase, you'll be part of the implementation project team, under the direct responsibility of the University Director. At this step, the role does not entail direct management of teams.
