Objective / Purpose of the Job
The primary purpose of this role is to define the best solutions to support RFQ and Pricing Strategy of the Region. This includes the following main responsibilities in alignment with Trade-lane Management, Market and Capacity Updates, Charter Network Pricing and working with go to market team to push the solutions to clients and countries.

Business Development Airfreight
· Analysing customer and vertical market potential in close cooperation with sales, with a focus on new business for air freight
· Attending Weekly and Monthly Trade-lane and Business Development calls with trade-lane partner countries to support airfr

Applicant's profile

• Ability to legally work 40+ hours per week in Canada with excellent attendance
• College or University (Logistics, Business or Finance Diploma) equivalency
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of related work experience, including specific Air Freight B2B growth experience
• Successful leader that has developed team and managed P&L
• Fluent in English, further languages would be advantageous
• CargoWise Knowledge an asset
• Experienced in working with MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent customer service, presentation skill, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• CPR First Aid an asset
