Job description

• processing of sea transports from A to Z (order acceptance, communication with carriers and shipowners, pricing of transport, etc.)
• processing shipments in TMS
• issuing documents and receiving external documents
• sending notices and continuous information about the status of the shipment
• responsibility for the financial status of entrusted consignments
• issuing invoices for transportation
• receipt and registration of incoming invoices
• responsibility for the correct and timely entry of statuses used to monitor shipments
• cooperation within the company's international network

Applicant's profile

• good knowledge of English- communication on daily basis
• education and/or practice in freight forwarding, international transports or logistics
• good communication skills, enthusiasm to work, learn new things and have a positive mood
• it is big advantage if you know manage your tasks, see what is a priority, if you are active and you have a overview about your duties
