Job description

The main objective of the Global Implementation Manager is to
• Engage all functional departments on defined global implementation project, define and assign internal deliverables, with the support of Regional implementation managers, and ensure completion of defined tasks.
• Work closely with customers' project leader, lead both internal and external meetings/conferences, coordinate multi activities, in a view of state of the art and successful on boarding.
• Keep the momentum during the implementation phase, communicate on progress, and follow up on continuous improvement plan over the contract period.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the implementation process, share knowledge of further customer requirements.

Applicant's profile

The ideal candidate for this role should have:
• Knowledge of internal freight forwarding operations, rules and processes;
• Knowledge of project management principles;
• Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent time management;
• Attention to detail and impeccable follow through;
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills in a functional role;
• Ability to work regionally and globally and with a variety of cultures & key project stakeholders;
• Excellent negotiation & presentation technique;
• Make it happen attitude.
