If so, this is the perfect role for you! Apply to join the GEODIS Global Freight Forwarding Line of Business Human Resources Department in Levallois-Perret! We are looking for an HR Data management & compensation officer and you'll be the 5fth member of the team, reporting directly to the Global FF Human Resources Director, a key role in leveraging data to refine and advance our HR processes. Our team supports a global scope covering 22 countries (APAC, Europe and Americas) and 650 FTE's.

Your main responsibilities will be:


• Data quality, analytics, and reporting:
You will have the ownership of all HR data for the Global FF scope. You will guarantee data quality according to our 5 key principles: consistency, accuracy, completeness, cleanliness, and timeliness. You'll utilize HR analytics tools to analyse HR data and generate insights based on key HR metrics, such as employee engagement, turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and workforce planning. You'll use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and will be responsible for all HR reports.


• HRIS Key-User role:
You will ensure Global FF data quality acting as our HRIS expert. You will have the opportunity to be an active member of the HRIS Champions community animated by GEODIS Group HRIS team. You will support regional HR teams on our HRIS tool: grant accesses, solve problems, update employee's data, run reports…. You will offer expert advice on the various modules of the HRIS: recruitment, Core HR, administration, appraisal campaign.


• HR Digitalization & Process Automation:
You will have the opportunity to drive the digitalization and transformation of HR processes and practices within the organization.Your role will include the identification of manual and repetitive HR processes that can be automated by implementing workflow automation tools and technologies to streamline processes, reduce administrative tasks, and improve efficiency.


• Compensation
This is also a great opportunity for you to learn more about Compensation & Benefits on a global scope. You will be exposed to multiple country topics with a specific focus on the annual salary review process (preparation of salary review tool, managers meetings, bonus calculation and salary analysis such as competitiveness, internal equity…). You will be the C&B expert for Global FF and be responsible for job grading and of internal and external benchmarks to ensure Global FF competitiveness.

Applicant's profile

As a perfect fit for this role, you shall bring along:

- Successful completion of a degree in Human Resources Management, Finance or Data.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of HRIS, data and/or compensation – necessarily in an international environment.
- Excel expertise (especially PivotTable & Vlookup formula)
- Some knowledge of a BI tool (Power BI / Power Automate…)

You shall also be :
