Job title

IT Senior Government Manager

Job description

- Establish and lead the IT Governance and IT Compliance for the region North-East-Central Europe
- Organize the regional CIO Office and execute the regional PMO (Program Management Office)
- Collaborate with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the region
- Prepare and facilitate the communication between the country management, the regional CIO/CTO and global/corporate functions
- Support the development of the regional IT strategy
- Drive the integration of the IT function within the region and support the countries in their local optimization activities
- Harmonize the IT Service Management within the region and establish common methods, standards and procedures in alignment with the corporate IT guidelines and policies.
- Take over responsibility in IT projects, especially in the strategic focus areas financial management, demand management and sourcing strategy
- Streamline the information flow between the regional CIO/CTO and the country IT managers within the region as first point of contact
- Prepare, execute and follow-up various meetings for the regional IT up to board level
- Prepare, execute and monitor the regional IT budget process and facilitate a financial follow up procedure on country level
- Prepare, execute and analyze IT audits together with the country IT management

Applicant's profile

- Degree in business administration, Information Systems, computer science or equivalent work experience
- Ideally professional experience in IT management or IT governance in a global or multi-national corporation
- Fluent English, other languages would be advantageous
- Ideally first experiences in change management
- International mobility
