Job description

Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of global Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) project. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
3. Manage global project teams, providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to ensure effective collaboration and optimal performance.
4. Conduct regular status meetings, reporting progress, addressing issues, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet project goals.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and key partners to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the LMS platform with enterprise applications and platforms. Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure data security, system performance, and compliance with industry standards.
7. Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive user adoption and maximize the impact of LMS/LXP solutions. Coordinate user training sessions and support the development of user documentation to ensure successful system adoption.
8. Monitor and report on project metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Applicant's profile

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in global LMS / LXP implementation projects.
2. Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems, e-learning, and related technologies.
3. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
5. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and delivering measurable results.
7. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
