- Familiar with I/E process, shipping document and Incoterms
- Familiar with China Customs requirements
- Familiar with cross border truck co-ordinate between Hong Kong and Shenzhen
Necessary Technical / Functional Skills
- Good command of writing and reading English & Chinese
- Fluency of oral English and local language is preferable
- Accurate typing and basic computer knowledge is required to perform date entry,handling of e-mail.

Job description

1. Report shipment details to overseas agent and get SOP;
2. Booking space and arrange picking up / delivering goods, custom clearance to ensure route and facilitate the movement of shipments to meet with the service requirements as required by the customers;
3. Distribute pre-alert and relevant message to appropritate parties;
4. Quotation;
5. Assist doc team to solve shipment problem;
6. Ensure accuracy of bill of ladings, invoices, job listing and records are kept up-to-date;
7. Finish other work assigned by the manager.

Applicant's profile

1. College or university
2. Eight years working experience in seafreight forwarding preferably
3. Knowledge of Int'l trade
4. Knowledge of seafreight processes is preferable
5. Good command of English & Chinese
6. Able to express ideas clearly in written and spoken English and Mandarin
