Job description
Quality Management & Certifications
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system for the warehouse, in line with GEODIS policies and the Europe Region ISO-compliant Integrated Management System.
• Lead the process for obtaining and renewing Good Distribution Practice (GDP) certifications for the warehouse and operations, in close collaboration with relevant Lines of Business.
• Where applicable, spearhead efforts to achieve additional certifications such as, but not limited to: CEIV, ISO 13485, and TAPA.
• Act as the main contact with certifying bodies and regulatory authorities, ensuring all documentation and procedures consistently meet required standards.
• Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and maintain ongoing compliance.
• Ensure the site's regulatory compliance in the areas of Health & Safety, Environment & Pharma
Climate & Environment
• Act as the primary point of contact for all climate and environmental topics at the site.
• Liaise with regional climate and environment officers to ensure compliance with GEODIS guidelines.
• Develop and monitor relevant KPIs for climate and environmental performance.
Applicant's profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or Successful commercial apprenticeship in Quality Management, Pharmalogistics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality management, ideally in logistics or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong knowledge of GDP and preferably additional standards (ISO 13485, CEIV, etc.).
• Proven track record in certification attainment, maintenance, and compliance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
