SAP FI CO Expert IT H/F

Description de la mission

GEODIS has launched a strategic program (FIT) to replace its existing heterogeneous solutions with a Finance and S2P core model based on S/4HANA Cloud private edition and Coupa solutions for the entire Group. This core model will cover the Record to Report (R2R), Controlling, Order to Cash (O2C) and Source to Pay (S2P) processes, and will interface with the GEODIS Group's operational tools.
This multi-year project involves the creation of a core model and the preparation of a pilot in 2024, followed by roll-out in waves from 2025 onwards. The FIT program is under responsibility of a dedicated team
Pilot has been deployed and the Run organization has been activated with size increase for 1st wave go live (end 2026 or Jan'2027).

Join GEODIS as SAP FICO Expert IT to ensure an efficient and scalable run mode. In this key role, you will deliver SAP IT- related projects and perfective maintenance.

Reporting to the SAP Application Owner IT, your responsibilities include implementing and optimizing the design and configuration of SAP S4/Hana and related tools, ensuring alignment with business needs ensuring alignment with business needs and IT Domain Strategy.

What we are expecting from you:
o Identify the most relevant standard SAP solution
o Design, structure, test and implement SAP Finance and Controlling features with full E2E approach with all satellite applications
o Ensure Core Model consistency regarding AMS and soon Project requests
o Analyze business needs, gather and challenge requirements with business and technical teams (translation with SAP ABAP profiles)
o Write and maintain technical and functional documentation
o Deploy and maintain SAP modules (migrations, upgrades)
o Provide expert-level support on SAP issues
o Identify and resolve technical problems related to SAP
o Train and assist internal team members and key-users on SAP best practices
o Monitor SAP ERP new releases, analyze and recommend implementation
o Propose innovative initiatives, automation, optimization, and simplification of SAP processes
o Follow the IT finance roadmap and track software evolutions by the editor to ensure alignment and integration with GEODIS Finance core model
o Work closely with SAP application stakeholders and Support Team

Profil du candidat

Master's Degree (BAC+5) in technology or engineering, with minimum 5 years' experience in SAP FI-CO-MM maintenance, in an international context with excellent expertise of the FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP and IM modules
• Mastery of interface issues, e.g. FI-AP, FI-AR
• Proven experience of integration with SaaS solutions in an SAP context
• Participation in SAP deployment projects would be an appreciated added value
• Good knowledge of Finance domain
• Good experience in IT Project Management
• Master Agile, PMP or Prince method (certifications are a plus)
• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira and HelpNow)
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and change management skills
• Rigor, autonomy, service-oriented mindset, and team spirit
