Sea / Ocean Import Analyst
 
• Perform support activities and coordinate shipments, following pre-established standards and procedures;
• Coordinate import processes with the GW office or agent at origin, keeping the customer informed at all stages of the process;
• Send the shipping instruction to the origin, check and approve shipping documents, send pre-notice and arrival confirmation to the customer;
• In DAP shipments, monitor the progress of the release process with the dispatcher and coordinate the delivery of the cargo;
• Ensure accuracy and coherence in the release of information in the Operating System within the established lead time;
• Provide billing for the process and shipment to the customer, within the established lead time.
• Send booking data;
• Ensuring the release of information to the MERCHANT within the established period.

Applicant's profile

• Training in International Relations, Foreign; Trade or Adm.;• Advanced/fluent English for conversation;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Desirable knowledge of the CargoWise tool;
• Acting in freight forwarding with maritime imports;
• Availability for immediate start;
• Live close to the Barra Funda region.
