Job description

• Performs work and creates value by executing policies and procedures of stager operation in an efficient and productive manor.
• Executes priorities as directed by Stager Lead.
• Operates material handling equipment to move materials within the stager and yard area.
• Recommends Physical layout and storage of items within stager area.
• Performs tasks to ensure the products/goods are received from cross-dock or returns, sorted segregated by storage type and/or storage location ((MO (700) general stock (800) inside, outside, rack, small, rack large etc.),
• Plans and executes value-added services include bag and tag of an item by Maintenance order per asset.
• Processes internal warehouse transaction (Material transfer request)
• Create, Plans and manages Pull/Pick list and ship (outbound warehouse activity) to meet customer-requested delivery date (in alignment with transport planning).
• Executes Pull/Pick and ship (outbound warehouse activity) to meet customer-requested delivery date (in alignment with transport planning).
• Supports the analysis of offshore supply problems/ discrepancies requiring action and conducts root cause and corrective actions.
• Coordinates workload with other members of Stager operations.
• Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.
• Executes cost savings, process improvements/ harmonization, and/or infrastructure changes.
• Attending training on subjects of ISO, safety, business controls, etc. and cascade to your team.
• Communicate with employees and other department supervisors and managers on a regular basis.
• Contribute to other company internal projects.

Applicant's profile

• Has theoretical knowledge of distribution concepts as well as knowledge of best practices in the area of warehousing and physical distribution.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management systems & processes MS Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel,
• Some experience in Warehousing and/or Manufacturing area
• Order Fulfillment and Shipment
• Hazardous material certification
• Experience using SAP to manage inventory and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and excellent organization skills to be able to handle multiple activities and prioritize work.
• Cross functional team player
• Displaying willingness to improve and learn.
• Assume ownership of assignments, completing commitments on time
• Heavy equipment lifting and movement experience.
• Experience in Process Improvement implementation
• Experience with SAP IT system
• TWIC certification and offshore experience
• Lean certification
