Description de la mission
1) Supplier risk management
The need is to:
- Ensure that the global risk framework is applied. Get a role of risk ambassador. Ensure change management.
- Mobilize buyers and/or experts to answer to LOB and supplier questions,issues,
- Manage supplier follow-up committees, with risk domain owners and buyers to set up/follow action plan,
- Answer to AFA requests
- Analyze KPI, prepare reporting for Top management, for AFA…
- Anticipate new laws, regulations, group guidelines
- Analyze evolutions proposed by LOB/domains owners: manage committees to gather request, be the interface with IT, COUPA
- Analyze evolutions proposed by COUPA
- Manage interfaces with potential new tools (need of synchronization at Group level)
2) MDM supplier data quality
- Ensure data quality at global level (analyze KPI, handles anomalies…)
- Ensure that supplier hierarchy is correct (ex: all suppliers X accounts are linked to X Group)
- Ensure that supplier hierarchy corresponds to Geodis Procurement needs (operational need different than legal aspect).
- Set up Suppliers attributes in tools (ex tier 1-2-3)
- Animate network of Lob/regions data stewards (who check supplier data quality at creation step)
- Ensure homogeneity with Clients data manager
3) Group Expenses process lead
- Process design (may not be a group core model but Lob/regions/country models),
- Identify local constraints
- Ensure that needs are expressed explicitly, well documented and understood by the integrator and IT teams,
- Manage implementation with the integrator,
- Organize test and training,
- Set up KPI and reporting,
- Animate a community of Expense local process owners
Profil du candidat
Profile and competencies:
- Business school, engineer or university (BAC +5) with a purchasing specialization
- Experience (5/10 years) in Purchasing and/or IT within an international Group
- Knowledge of Procurement IT solutions, Knowledge of COUPA modules is a plus
- Good skills in office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
