Description de la mission

GEODIS is a leader in transport and Logistics that is reinventing itself and GEODIS is reinventing his websites too.
We are looking for an experienced Global Website Product Owner able to lead the reinvention centrally, with markets and suppliers in order to help redefine, build, administrate and evolve geodis.com today and tomorrow.

You are part of the Digital Marketing Team you fill weekly tasks report and monthly project reports when needed. You work closely with the US , APAC or Europe digital team to ensure alignment globally

Web site reponsibilities
You manage website evolution, changes and optimization using Wordpress and Drupal:
Manage the back office and the versions in the markets
Define and track KPIs to analyze and optimize user experience
Implement and follow the SEO strategy with the support of our partner agency
Manage all webforms ( onsite and inPardot )

Web site tracking responsibilities
You are the referent for clean tracking of website and campaigns (UTMs), together with the performance agency.
You implement some GTM and guarantee that all new developments/ pages are properly tracked

Web site Performance and digital conversion:
You measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and channels to be shared with the executive team, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs; Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Data Studio).
You assist the campaign Manager to coordinate evolution on Pardot landing page, create new pages on new tools and support the markets on Pardot.

Site Privacy & GDPR :
You are the referent for privacy / GDPR in all digital contents (cookies banner, privacy policy…), regularly checking the compliance and liaising with Legal department

CRM responsibilities
You are responsible for monitoring, measuring and optimising CRM KPIs.
Your analytical skills enable you to interpret reporting, produce relevant ad hoc analyses and derive appropriate recommendations for action.
You have a deep understanding with email marketing/CRM campaign tools Pardot.

Network responsibilities
You support internal stakeholders (communication & marketing) across business units and countries on various topics (content management, emailings, campaigns management, statistics...) via a requests management platform and/or emails.
You conduct training sessions and create training documents / video tutorials for the Digital Marketing knowledge center.

Agencies responsibilities
You work with several marketing agencies (integration agency, SEO agency, design agency, Performance agency…) and internal departements (IT, marketing, legal…).

Profil du candidat

10 years of professional experience, with significant experience in a similar role

Project Management experience to follow-up and lead dedicated project with 1 or 2 agencies, like SEO and integration (follow a planning, write meeting minutes, testing and GO LIVE process).

Technical skills to update website content : Html, css, jQuery, Twig.

1 work experience in a large group highly appreciated : used to work methodology (weeklies, validation, gates,…) and validation.

Strong skills in digital tracking of website (Google Analytics) and campaigns (UTMs) : stats analyse & interpretation reports.

Be passionate and driven individual, always keen to learn and broaden their skills.

A proactive and energetic mindset, always wanting to share ideas, learn more and stay in the know of the latest trends.

Strong Interpersonal skills to evolve in a large group, establish strong relationships with local & global teams.

Fluent in English and French.
