Job description
A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
• Building new business relationships and developing existing ones to build up a CL pipeline for opportunities within Europe,
• Increasing the awareness of potential customers about GEODIS CL services through various sales channels, external events and networking initiatives
• Leading tenders in various vertical markets for CL opportunities within the region to assure high quality bids fully aligned with the customers' needs,
• Supporting various countries in delivering their business development targets and actively hunt for cross-selling opportunities,
• Delivering personal sales targets to further push our growth in Contract Logistics.
Applicant's profile
You bring along:
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field,
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in business development,
• Experience with the contract logistics market including customers and competitors,
• A well-equipped sales toolbox: you have a convincing attitude, outstanding negotiation skills and a proactive approach to the market,
• Outstanding skills in creating and presenting solutions and commercial proposals thanks to your financial knowledge,
• Ability to build internal and external network by developing trust relationships,
• Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus.
