Job description

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

• Supporting the team from RFIs to RFQs and contract award until the actual go-live of the project,
• Maintaining project documents like action tracker, status update reports, etc.
• Attending internal meetings including preparation and follow-up,
• Performing different analysis related to volume data and provide analytical support for pricing,
• Supporting during the development of the automated tender pricing tool,
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvements during the tender and implementation phases.

Applicant's profile

You bring along:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights,
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
