Job description

O Supervisor de Operações de Armazém é responsável por supervisionar as atividades diárias do armazém, garantindo operações eficientes e seguras e liderando uma equipe para atingir as metas de produtividade e qualidade. Essa função coordena a gestão de estoque, o atendimento de pedidos e a melhoria de processos, mantendo a conformidade com as políticas da empresa e as normas de segurança. O Supervisor também apoia e implementa iniciativas estratégicas para aprimorar o desempenho do armazém.

Applicant's profile

Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
Ability to implement and support process improvements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as needed
