Description de la mission

We are seeking a CRM Business Analyst to join GEODIS's Sales Performance team. You will work with the Global CRM Product Owner, business stakeholders, and technical teams to enhance our CRM platform and Sales & marketing ecosystem, ensure its reliability, and support the delivery of our roadmap.
Your responsibilities will include writing detailed user story acceptance criteria, testing new features, identifying and resolving bugs, and maintaining up-to-date functional documentation.

Requirements Gathering: Under the delgation of Product owner: collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
-System Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through CRM or other tools capabilities.
-Data Management: Manage data imports, exports, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity within Salesforce in cooperation with IT support team
-Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
-Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
-Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, configurations, and user guides.

Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our global sales teams.

Key Responsibilities :

-Write detailed user story acceptance criteria and create test scripts for new CRM features.
-Perform tests during sprints and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure features meet business requirements.
-Monitor the CRM production environment to identify and track bugs and collaborate with the technical team to resolve them.
-Ensure functional documentation is consistently updated to align with the latest implemented features.
-Gather user feedback to drive continuous improvements to our CRM platform.

Profil du candidat

You hold a degree from an engineering or business school with a strong interest in the digital space.
1+ years of CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce or a similar platform.
Strong writing skills and keen attention to detail.
A good level of written and spoken English is required.
